Type DL pump is vertical single-suction multi-stage segmental centrifugal pump. It can deliver clear water or other liquids which is physically or chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquids is 0℃¡«80℃.The inlet pressure of pump can not be over 0.6***.
Type DL pump is vertically installed with advantages of co***ct structure, low-noise and ***ce-saving. It is widely used for feeding water in high buildings in city, heat supply system, fire-extinguishing system, air-condition system and factories.

Construction feature
The inlet is located in suction-stage under pump; the outlet is located in discharge-stage above pump. Both of them are horizontally mounted. The outlet can be installed with the angle 90℃, 180℃ and 270℃ to inlet according to user¡¯s requirement (the angle is 0℃ for normal installation). The main parts of pump are suction-stage, middle-stage, discharge-stage, bearing support, motor support, impeller, diffuser, shaft, shaft bearing, shaft sleeve, balance kettle, balance sleeve etc. The suction-stage, middle-stage, discharge-stage, diffuser and bearing support forms a working chamber and shaft, impeller, balance kettle and shaft sleeve are pump rotor parts. The axial force is balanced by balance kettle and the remaining axial force is borne by upper radial thrust-force ball bearing. The sealing ring is separately mounted in suction-stage and middle-stage to prevent sub-high pressure water from leaking.
The radial thrust-force ball bearing is mounted above shaft and the sliding bearing which gets lubricated by grease is mounted under shaft. Shaft seal is either soft packing seal or mechanical seal and they can be lubricated and cooled by pressure water in balance chamber. Th |
